People are interested in what other people are doing. Like Zach and Rosie Cox. Everybody in town knows that they recently got a divorce. They had custody arrangement. It wasn't the kids moving out. Their parents are the ones who'll be going back and forth. Rosie and Zach had to find a place of their own.
The question is will Olivia stay with Jack or her go back to her ex?
But the really big gossip is about the dead man—the man who died at a local bed-and-breakfast. Who is he and why did he show up there in the middle of the night? Our Roy McAfee, a local private investigator, is determined to find out.

Edited by Melina Encarnacion
Located in the north of the Arctic Circle, the population is only 150 and mainly men!
Our main characters, the O' Halloran brothers who run bush-plane charter service, and planning a campaign to bring women to the town.
The middle of three sons, Sawyer, isn't fully content with the scheme and believes he is immune to women. Including the beautiful Abbey Sutherland, who didn't mention to them that she is bringing children with her. While that is happening, Charles O'Halloran is in love with the granddaughter of Catherine Harmon, the woman who tried to destroy his parent's marriage. Then to top it off he doesn't trust marriage to begin with, let alone anyone related to the home wrecker.
If you get the chance to read this story, I am very sure you will feel emotionally touched by the characters, just like I did. Debbie Macomber makes her characters feel so realistic that you can picture this as a movie. With the way the settings of the story is described, I actually want to visit Alaska! This story makes you laugh and cry throughout the book and actually makes you want to read more of it. Thankfully there are two more books!
Reading is a free vacation
